I like to share some benefits of egg. These are listed below
1- Proteins of egg has essential amino acids. One large egg contains 7 grams of protein and all 9 essential
amino acids.
2- Egg has Vitamin D.
3- Eggs are an excellent source of vitamin B12, which is essential for proper nerve function.
4- Eggs contain fat.
5- Eggs are excellent for the eyes.
if we will eat regularly one egg,it may help prevent blood clots, stroke, and heart attacks.
6- Eggs may prevent breast cancer.
7- Eggs promote healthy hair and nail
I hope now you will make it a routine to eat one egg daily.
