Thanks very much, after a long battle with it i was able to pair up the hard disk with another system and the system detected it but i can't access the drive when i try to open or explore it, i got an error message that the drive is corrupt, please help what can i do.

There are two basic ways you can recover your data even if the hard disk drive crashed;
firstly you can remove your hard drive and pair it with another system, navigating to the destination folder under my computer.

secondly you can format the drive most especially if you detected a virus or malicious program cause the hard drive not boot, you then re-install your computer operating system and a good updated antivirus software, you then install a data recovery software to recover your files from the formated hard disk.

hello house, i can't access my computer neither did it boot up, i got an error message with a blue sreen whenever it try to load and i have important document which i don't have the backup, please did anybody know of ways i can retrieve back my data to help.
