I agree with you Nsodo...Stress is one of the major causes of high blood pressure. Leaving a stress free life indeed helps to lower high blood pressure

There is need to have a stress free life and is one of the major source of high blood pressure therefore, people should get rid of conditions that stress them.

It normally gets old people, i think we should also avoid eating foods that may lead to high blood pressure. thanks for the post.

1..take that food that vitamin C
2.Oatmeal
3.15-20 minutes of mild exercise
4.reduce the amount of salt that you take everyday.
5.Weight Loss
6.High Fiber Diet
7.Omega 3 fatty acid
8.if you are a smoker quit smoking
9.relaxation techniques especially mediation
