We are adequately equipped to be a “one-stop-estate-house” by providing services ranging from letting, managing, purchase and sale of properties, development and investment advisory services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
Performing risk and value management and cost control;
Advising on procurement strategy;
Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders;
Allocating work to subcontractors;
QUALIFICATIONS
Sharp Resourceful, aggressive and motivated estate surveyors
Minimum of B.Sc./HND degree in Quantity Survey or estate Management from a recognized institution
2-3 years of experience on the job.
