Education and QualificationA good university degree in the Business Sciences with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division
Possession of an MBA/MSc or a professional financial qualification
A minimum of 45 years of age
A minimum of 10 years’ banking experience in the stated technical areas
Skills and CompetenciesStrong experience in Bank Credit Analysis and Management or
Strong experience in bank Treasury Management
Good understanding of Credit Risk, Operational Risk, derivatives and Market Risk
Good understanding of Global Risk Management Standards
Strong project management skills
Excellent written communication skills
Training skills
Business development skills
