It seems some people think that when they do good they are supposed to be paid in the same currency which is not true. The bible says lucky are those who share in the suffering of the lord and if you are not helped feel happy because atleast God is still with you even if others abandon you.

i actually face the same issue here. My friends talk to me when they have challenges and i help them with whatever they may need let it  be advice but always i find it so hard to tell anyone what am going through.

That is definitely true, most problem solver never find it confortable or meet right people to solve their problem, it's all about destiniy and luck sometimes.

Gat this to ask everyone;From my surveying strategies,I've gat to realise that most people that  help others find it difficult sometimes for others to help THEM whenever they need assistance.Is this the same experience @ your own side of experience and what do you advise  such people to resort to?
