I think cardio exercise is best way to get good results in natural way and be fit,
i also doing cardio exercise in morning...

Exercises are really very helpful for your body. everyone should perform stretches at least. And they should do it daily to keep there self active.

Exercise is good for health. Exercise keeps us fit and healthy and also keeps us away from alots of several diseases. I use to go for morning walk and it is very good for health. also swimming is one of the best cardio exercises and good workout for whole body.

Exercise is nice and helpful, but in Lagos whe you have to leave your home by 5AM to get to work,there is no time for it. And for those of us that work weekends sometimes, it becomes almost impossible to exercise at all
@ Godmother, irrespective of your tight schedule, it's still advisable you create time out of no time even it is going to be in the weekend and more over 5-10mins exercise daily is ok.
