Breakfast gives you a chance to start your
day with a healthy and nutritious meal,
which may reduce your risk of heart disease
So do not skip breakfast it may be more important than you think....

Breakfast shud always be heavy and u shud have ur breakfast within one - n - half of ur waking -up time.
do not intake too much oil and spicy foods in ur breakfast. Its not good for ur stomach so early in morning.a healthy breakfast may consists of a glass full of milk,1 half-boiled egg,2 slices of bread with little jam or butter whichever u like.
If u dont like bread like me,u can have cornflakes or 2 chapaties.
sattoo is also very good choice for breakfast.
have coconut water if u can in mid morning.

Generally we use in Breakfast is : Fried eggs, sausages, bacon, cream cheese on your bagels, cheesy omelets, Egg McMuffins, Sausage McMuffins.
My husband has never liked anything but white flour pancakes until I made the Basic Whole Wheat Pancakes. They are amazingly light even though they have wheat germ and no white flour at all--it was a very happy surprise. There's also a great table listing everything about all the different milks, nut milks, and the like to help you choose. I will be using this The Good Breakfast Book: Making Breakfast Special by
Nikki Goldbeck,David Goldbeck book a lot since I really want to learn to eat well in the mornings.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and yet many people rarely treat it as such. I personally take fruits and try to include a lot of whole meals in my diets like brown bread, oats, porridge etc. However, occasionally, i treat myself a few delicious African breakfast treats  Grin

Two glasses of water and two loaves of bread are good and when we talk about what it should be at body temperature not cold water as people normally take.

I mostly take fresh juice with a slice of brown bread. I also take oat porridge and fruits in my breakfast. But I have a diet plan and I follow it.
