Sales Executive (Industrial Chemicals & Downstream)- Port HarcourtThe Sales Executive is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company and for actively prospecting for new accounts and maximizing sales potential with existing customers
ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationship with major & independent petroleum products manufacturers, upstream production companies as well as the Drilling companies.
Grow existing customers
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
Develop new markets
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Competency and Skills RequirementGood verbal, written and visual/presentation communication skills
Able to think outside the box
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
Self motivated individuals
High integrity. Excellent relationship building skills
Must have ability to handle multiple responsibilities – to work across many accounts, projects, and/or issues and prioritize effectively
Minimum QualificationBSC/HND in Science/Engineering
Minimum of a Second Class (Upper Division) University degree or Upper Credit polytechnic degree
Professional certification will be an added advantage
1 – 3 years sales experience within the oil and gas industry
Maximum of 30 years of age
