Jogging is good. it helps you reduce on the fats in your body. swimming too is good.

Hey...
  As far as i think all cardio exercise are best and most effective especially swimming.. In swimming there are lot of resistance present so more energy require to overcome on that which means more calories burn...

Charle the Best exercise is swimming because the whole body is involved and in the process your mind is also relaxing.... if this is not working for you resort to walking

Well, cardio exercise is good for health, like running, swimming, cycling ,
jogging which you like most do it...

Running, cycling and swimming are very good exercises. But I prefer hiking if you are living in hilly areas. It is the best exercise to lose weight and keep yourself fit.

Hi, I do like cardio exercises and I think the best cardio exercise is swimming.Cycling and jogging is also good options  to follow.Thanks a lot.

Yoga is the best exercise to be fit and remove the tiredness of the whole day. The trend of the yoga is increasing these days very rapidly and people are showing their interest in the yoga performance.

Hi Charle,
All these exercise you mentioned in your post are cardio exercises, running, cycling, skipping rope are also great exercises to burn fat, lose weight and to increase stamina.
My favorite exercise is cycling as it is the great exercise to built belly muscles and to make abs.

Hey Charle. these are best exercises and i do these exercises regularly. My favorite exercise is walking. I do it regularly. In my opinion walking is healthy and best exercise and it has lot of benefits. It makes a person active all the day and he can do lot of tasks easily. Basically it is a source of energy and everyone should do it.
