Sales Manager Lagos
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging and rewarding sales role which combines specified marketing functions with territorial sales responsibilities. The position reports to the Sales Leader. This position requires a strong customer focus and effective account management. The position will be responsible for growing the territory market share and development and implementation of growth strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibility to meet the Sales Targets with target gross margin levels
Analyze business requirements of a particular market segment and develop business plan
Generate new sales opportunities and expand customer base
Assist the Sales Leader to implement sales and marketing strategies for the development
Increase Quotation Hit Rate
Evaluate customer specification requirements in order to prepare plant quotations
Working with Marketing department to capture competitors information and to plan marketing/pricing strategy to capture bigger share of the segment
Education/Qualifications Required: Formal Qualification in Engineering or Marketing
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years sales experience
