The Rates have been unstable lately but presently the Airline rate is N163.5 to $1.

I decided to stop this updates because, sometimes the rates might change about thrice within 24hrs.

This is rather very unusual.

Hi Friends,

I would like to inform you that the rate dropped to N163 to $1 and NOW N160.5 at the time of this input.

Again, I have told you over and over again or rather WARNED you
the Airline Rate of Exchange is N165 to $1 at the time
of this input.

Just as I have always told you or rather WARNED you
the Airline Rate of Exchange is N157.5 to $1 at the time
of this input, it is not guaranteed that this would be
the same tomorrow.

If you only made your booking and have not paid for the
ticket you are likely to pay at this rate if not higher.

Do have a pleasant evening.

Cheers![/ftp]

Goodday Friends,

I would like to inform you that the Airline Rate of Exchange is =N=155.5 to a $1 at the time of this input, you never can tell what it will be tomorrow, believe it or not I was on the system early this morning and the ROE was =N=155 to a $1.

Please do not hesitate to arrange for your etickets in goodtime.

Are you planning for your Christmas shopping or holiday? Act fast do not be cut in the possible fare hike.

Cheers!

Reminder!

I would like to remind you once more about my advise to book and issue your ticket in good time.

I am sure those who travelled during the summer by Air late booking late, must have paid some OUTRAGEOUS fares. While those who booked and bought their ticket earlier just had a better deal.

You could imagine some economy flight tickets going for about N300k on a direct return flights to London.

The Christmas is around the corner and the time for you to travel for your Christmas shopping, of course I expect that you should by now have your ticket paid for.

You could be lucky to have some good fares but I tell you at the moment(while writing this info) the Airline rate of exchange today is NGN155 to $1, I can tell you this was less YESTERDAY.....Hmmm! I cannot guarantee what it will be tomorrow.

I would like to remind you also that if you ask for a fare from the Airline or from your Travel Agent, please note that the fare is NOT guaranteed until you have bought the ticket.

It is one this to ask for the cheapest fare TODAY, no booking made, only for one to come three days later and expect the same fare, this is MOST unlikely. FARES ARE LIKELY TO CHANGE PER SECOND.

Make sure you act fast on ANY incredibly cheap fares and AVOID very restricted tickets especially if you are not sure of your travel dates.

If you are sure of a specific flight dates, please go for the cheapest if available.

But,

Most of these incredibly cheap fares are:

NOT Changeable
NON Refundable
NON Reroutable

BEWARE!

You could just pay a little more and have some rest of mind.

More Info, soon.

Cheers!

My fellow forumites, I am happy to be with you this day on this topic.

I would like to stress the fact that you will agree with me that Air
Fares have not been friendly lately.

I am glad to inform you that those who took my advise should be thanking
me by now. Only if they had booked and paid for their tickets earlier.

At the beginning of the year the Airline exchange rate moved to N150 to a $1.

But right now at the moment(time this input is being written) the rate is N154.5 to $1.

This reflects the upward review of the fares to all regional and International destinations.

Please note that if you wish to travel before 14June, 2011. Please work around cheaper fares and
issue your tickets. The fares would definitely go higher after this date, since that is th beginning of Summer,
so NOTE even if you book for a ticket now for dates after 14June you still are likely to
get higher fares, except a promotional fare is rolled out.

It is advisable to book ahead if you know your annual program, pay for your e--tickets early.

For any fares enquiry please post on this forum and you will be replied in good time.

Cheers! and have a pleasant day
