Yes agree, exercise is good for health, i recommended one more thing which is fresh
fruits and vegetables, and we should drink 8-10 glass of water in a day to stay healthy.

Doing morning exercise and breathing in fresh air are great for health. Do take good breakfast daily because it is the most important meal as it provides you energy for the rest of your daily activities.

Yeah if you want to be healthy and fit all the time then
avoid to eat junk foods and do some physical activity after having meal.
You would never face issues like bad health.

It is good to get up early in the morning and do exercise. In my opinion it is good to do running in the morning. Running makes us active all the day. Drinking water is also healthy. Water is good for body and skin. Green tea is also beneficial for health.
