Everyone treasures their culture. What may be best to you may not be to another. All cultures are good.

I am of an opinion that Yoruba culture is one of the best on the face of the earth.

It has been left for too long to those who has charisma without character, those who lacked the basic components for true living which are faithfulness & God fearing.

These were the core values of Yoruba entity in the beginning. No wonder Yoruba will say "Ka soro ka ba be, niyi omoluabi" A man of integrity always live up to his word. The values are beign eroded by people who have exchanged good name for gold.

We have some Yoruba heroes that had passed on but their deeds are still very much alive - Ajayi Crowther, Awolowo, Ajasin, Gani Fawehinmi to mention a few.

The like Of Tunde Bakare, Simon Kolawole and several others who have not made their belly their God still give a ray of hope.

Our costume is one of the best as it depicts royalty.

Yoruba Language is still one of the richest as it reflects its meaning even from the speech.

Custom - the most respectful set of people on the face of the earth.

Yoruba diet is a balanced diet. I want to belive the white take a queue from us.

Bi Oyinbo ba mu ti ma mu ko; Omi gbona la jo'n mu.
