It's a pity that our education system has dilapidated to the high system of corruption, you have to use what you have to get what you want nowadays, merit no longer work in our system again, it is a shame to Nigeria as a country. Our leaders are to be held responsible.

Many things are happen in the WAEC board. Those who do not have, will see cap to wear. While those who have head will not see cap to wear. WAEC makers are doing try your luck for the public schools. Those who wrote very well, will fail while those who can not even write they name very well, will make it. What am i trying to say here, The public will do they best, while the credit will go to the pravite. Something should be don about this.

Once again the performance of candidates in the November/December 2010 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) is unimpressive.

Only 20.04 (62,295) per cent of the 310,077 candidates that sat for the examination made credits in five subjects including English and Mathematics.

Last year, 31.96 per cent reached the benchmark for admission into tertiary institutions; in 2008, it was 23.54 per cent.
