Lagos is a state in Nigeria with 15 million population. As the former capital of Nigeria, it was kept clean and tidy.
Things change immediately the capital of Nigeria was shifted to Abuja and gradually the situation became worser everyday.
Infrastructure is nothing to talk about but bad, dilapidated roads and buildings, filthy and stinking environment, no respect for rule of law, touts taking law to their hands.

Thanks to the present administration in Lagos, the governor Babatunde Fashola, he has really taken a bold and giant step to really put Lagos as a state in Nigeria into the world map and keeping hope alive for the realization of Lagos as a top five mega city by year 2015.

THE DEVELOPMENTS
Introduction of a world class BRT transport system
Good roads and still ongoing reconstruction
Demolition of dilapidated buildings that is dangerous to human life
Street lights and street signs everywhere
Increase in internal revenue generation e.t.c.

THE ENCOURAGEMENT
The governor should be really commended and encourage to do more.
The federal government should really come to his assistant and highly increase the fund allocation to the state.
Corporate bodies and philanthropist should also assist the governor to fully realize his dreams for Lagosians.
Businessmen should also assist considering the fact as Lagos been the commercial capital of Nigeria and west Africa.

GOD BLESS FASHOLA; GOD BLESS LAGOS; GOD BLESS LAGOSIANS.
