PHD Nigeria is a new, Lagos-based media independent agency and member of a global network of media services firms within the Omnicom group – the biggest
marketing communications group in the world. It is founded on a culture of thought leadership, creativity and innovation. PhD will pioneer new thinking in
media planning, buying and control at a time when consumer connection possibilities are proliferating and the most demanding advertisers are seeking
integration. The agency is now seeking four talented professionals able to working an environment that is as demanding as it it rewarding and eager to
challenging for industry leadership within the next three years.
HEAD, RESEARCH AND INNOVATION (REF: PHD/110/HRI)
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will identify and develop access to new/alternative channels of communication and promotion (i.e. touch points beyond
traditional media); provide objective justifications and measurements; and supervise the ICT specialist in charge of utilization and security of ICT
infrastructure.
You will be degree qualified in the sciences/ICT (a related post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage) and be familiar with digital media. You
may well be a member of generation Y and have a knack for trying out new things and better ways.
