It will surely work with starcomms. try searching online or all the naija forums u can lay ur eyes on. its out there smewhere. NB. Yea... it's a 9ice one but if u dont have Multi-Links EVDO Modem u need to purchase one for just #14000 with a 50hrs plan #3400 but if you do just then register at http://www.your-freedom.net... you also need to register on VTN so that you could upgrade your freedom to one of the premium so that u can be online 247 without interruption... http://www.virtualterminalnetwork.com/Invite.asp?ID=15934
